Descripción: Brimming over with culinary genius in the Covacho of today, whos energy the do not want to go beyond traditional cooking, is marked by the fusion of two mentalities - that of the Columbian chef, Pedro Nel Restrepo, full of strength, vigor and courage with a perservering inclanation to change, and that of the new kitchen chef, Danish Danny Nielsen, imbued with perfectionism in all of his actions. The hot and cold, explosive spontenaeity and the reverse, the unchangeable reflection put into the same bag, that results in a unique urban restaurant, with great gifts and delights guarded in a clear open space with bar dining room and kitchen in view together. From the Danish capital, Danny went to Germany later to Spain (Barcelona) working in spectacular restaurants. He is married to a Tenerife girl, he came to this land, which he loves, a year ago and this is where his two children will be raised and where he will teach us to eat the renamed Danish smorrebrod a kind of sandwhich with herrings and cold meats.

I am very suprisse, and of course I back in this fine restaurant. I am
from Croatia. Few monts in year I spend in Las Americas, and every
time whn I arrived on Tenerife I go to El Covacho. Bacalar is perfect,
vine liste quite good. Bar tender must spoken English. My congratulation
. I visit restaurant in the end of february... Best regards ! MIRO

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
