Descripción: To sample the Turkish kitchen, one of the largest in the world, is to treat the senses to an experience of recipes laboriously formed during centyuries. It is to savour the results of magical searches for palatal exquisitness. Universalized during the heights of the Ottoman Empire. The healthy salads in yoghurt, fish in olive oil, aubergines served in more than 40 different ways, filled vegetables and vine leaves, and sweets with fine pastry in syrup, as well as the fruit desserts are all part of this inheritance. CAPADOKYA (name of a beautiful city) represents in Tenerife the refined wing of this rich Mediterranean kitchen. They bring us pastry delicacies and fritters filled with cheese, roast lef of lamb sperated in fine slices, cooked in vegetables and accompanied by a delicate potato purée, fish marinated in fine herbs always accompanied by salads, the "donner", "gulas", barbecued kebabs and much more.

Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
