Descripción: This is a fine restaurant of regional Castillian cuisine that can proudly say it has a clientele of many well known Tenerifians. The irreproachable setting as well as the service, are the best of its kind of cuisine in this area (they are so careful with the choice of produce and ingridients). This has all been achieved in the brief 4 years that the present owners have had it. Joaquin Santos, a lifelong great cook has known how to pass on his great love of cookery to his son Raul (his apprentice for the last 10 years). This has allowed him to take charge of Los Cuatros Postes kitchen. He now prepares the very dishes that his family used to prepare in the restaurants that they left behind in Salamanca where they used to live. It is these dishes that have given them such a reputation.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
