Descripción: Diego Maderna jumped into the arena to take the coveted first prize of the "Tapas Competition 2006" from Santa Cruz. Taught in a college native to Argentina, Diego finished his studies in the "Gate Gourment" and accumulated four years of experience in the "Francine Bistro" in Buenos Aeries before travelling to Europe, where he setup in Augsburg Germany. He left after a year, the restaurant La Pampa and he came to Tenerife where he has been for 10 years in La Pandorga, a rich place in the area of San Andres. Those from Santa Cruz have discovered Sinfonia, a kitchen which has no other pretention than to please, and a way to be that no one could emulate. A place which demonstrates their capacities by their deeds.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
