This is exactly how to describe his lobster with coconut milk sauce and pasta anointed with lemongrass, which is brought from Thailand. We love his white fresh asparagus with king prawns served with a magnificent sauce of vanilla champagne, and his emblematic dessert "sabayonne" with strawberries a la balsamic and home made ice cream.
