Descripción: Kind and modest, the chef Marc Lenaerts describes himself as a "simple professional who takes pleasure in satisfying descerning clients who know how to enjoy themselves". These words capture the philosophy of his work, painstaking, neat, fine, of great standing and refined. Prime first class quality material is the indisputable requisite in the kitchen of this Belgian restauranteur of many years experience. One of his treasures is his dominion over the mix of ingredients, joining in a balanced form the natural and simple with the emphatic and strong, in order to reach a sublime level of aromas and flavours. This is exactly how to describe his lobster with coconut milk sauce and pasta anointed with lemongrass, which is brought from Thailand. We love his white fresh asparagus with king prawns served with a magnificent sauce of vanilla champagne, and his emblematic dessert "sabayonne" with strawberries a la balsamic and home made ice cream.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
