Descripción: Felipe Escamilla, a man from the Catalonia countryside, known as "El Payes", has for 40 long years been making history as a restauranteur on this island, which he has made his own. Serious, iron fortitude, obstinate, strict, solid, rigorous etc, these are the set of characteristics for which he is known, but all together they culminate in the same thing, Felipe El Payes posssesses a genius for the exquisite. This is why it can be said that Felipe has marked a "culinary partiality" in Tenerife, sticking to his style a current, which inscribed itself on the island at the beginning of modern hostelry. Decades ago, from the Los Porrones restaurant, today Los Limoneros, Felipe showed the way forward to a refined mode of restaurant life, implicitly heading the way for future, following generations. Those who have worked together with him speak of his rigidity and inclination to method, discovering that without these guidelines there is no serious establishment. The ambiance is great and when you visit this restaurant you are having an unforgettable evening with very good food and wine.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
