Descripción: Accredited for their magnificent oven roasts of pork or lamb, they deserve to be amongst the most outstanding that have for many years offered excellent food in Tenerife. Worthy of praise is ther labour in the selection of products, such as the lean Iberian pork, with just the correct amount of fat necessary to strengthen the flavoursome, crispy, and crunchy texture from the beginning, and the juicy succulence to the end. Equally they offer good home made casseroles and their menu is enriched with agnificent offers of fish and shellfish full of freshness, although we are obliged to mention their smooth Icelandic cod which melts in the mouth. Apart from the dishes which are offered all year round, the professionalism of their kitchen allows them to widen their repertoire with small and big game, it is possible to find partridge, tender deer or rich, wild boar meat here. The restaurant is situated in a very attractive area where local people meet at all hours.

Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
