Descripción: Yves´interesting menus have nothing in common with the handy form of the fast food method, as simply buying in the shop following the instructions and cooking quickly at home. However it does have everything in common with some quality offers at very affordable prices not surpassing 14 to 21 euros per person as a medium, midday or evenings respectively. He offers fantastic dishes which have become known since his arrival in Tenerife as chief chef of the Hotel Botanico, and well practised in the Michellin star restaurants where he has worked in France and Germany, the latter country being where he directed his own restaurants. Together with Yves is his son Marlon, who carries out the role of maitre and sommelier. This young man explains to us that the menus change daily and comprises of a choice of three starters, main course of fish or meat and a home made dessert.

Bistro de Ives offers delicious dishes at an affordable price. This is fine cuisine, carefully presented. You can enjoy a three course menu for about 14 euros; the quality is excellent, and although some dishes are better than others, the good ones are absolutely top. Friendly atmosphere and good service.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
