Descripción: The day that Victoria and Matias decided to open a business serving charming food, they felt as if they were undertaking a trip towards knowing many people that was going to last a long time. They have now reached 50 years with a rich balance of human relations. Back in 1957 they did not know the details of the trade, but in order to reach success it was enough to apply willpower to get to know the rough track of an establishment which could only win the people through three things, good treatment, flavours that brought back memories of childhood and a glass of wine that smelt of the countryside. After three decades of hard work, (34 years after they opened) they bagan to hand over the reins of administration to their daughter Fabiola, who by that time dominated the trade. Since 1991, Fabiola and her husband Jose Antonio maintain an impeccable, appetizing and delicious restaurant with a local select clientele and many thousands of foreign visitors committed to their flavours, we have been pleasingly hooked for many years.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
