Descripción: By recovering ancient Canarian recipes this restaurant has elevated Canarian cuisine to a very high level, is a bastion of the islands´gastronomical identity and is an ambassador of all that is Canarian. Its founder, Matias Suarez says "without good recipes you cannot have good regional cuisine - not even with the best quality produce. For this reason we first investigated, chose and tried out the very best recipes of the Island before offering them. We decided on the best choices of traditional cuisine, added new touches which have now given us the double quality cookery for which we are renowned, namely, our traditional Canarian cuisine and our island´s creative cuisine". Their local Canarian wines are popular. They have chosen all the D.O.C. wines of the island which are wisely represented and enthusiastically promoted.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
