Descripción: Fresh, refined, with roots in the rich pastures, mountains, beautiful rivers and robust oceans of Asturias, (an admirable natural larder full of fruit, vegetables, cheese, meats and shellfish...) this restaurant arises delicately, conquering those who have converted the daily act of eating into pleasure. Allow yourself to be tempted by a kitchen that recieves the best products (both from the sea and the meat which arrives from its land), which the chef, Jesus Angel Carrion, and his daughter Patricia convert, with a simple style, into wonderful dishes. Perfectly cooked traditional food "Asturias Bean Stew" (a mix of seasnoned beans with meat juices, black pudding, seasoned pork sausage etc), and hake in cider, that incorporates just the right touch of seasoning. There are also unbeatable clams a la marinera, tempting peppers filled with hake and prawns, juicy beef and fillet steaks. Shining also with their dishes to share, with a simply exquisite dessert called "Frixuelos".

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
