Descripción: Well packaged and with personality, surrounded by elegant shops and luxury hotels. Alejandro Gil, at 36 years old, is one of the most recognised chefs in place, bold in his proposals and rigorous in his style, for whom prime, fresh materials is his first professional rule. His kitchen is classic with modern decoration. In front of house are two extraordinary young people from La Coruna: el maitre Amador Lado Perez, with great dominion of the menu, and the sumiller, Pio Alonso Otero, whom we consult in order to choose the most adequate wine for the dishes we chose. In El Faro, if we do not fall under the temptation to order the roast pork, that constitutes a superb speaciality of the house, we can consume the most splendid and fresh sea food products, that arrive at the table with clean and delicate flavours. The confectionary is their own and the selection of wines from Pio Alonso axcellent.

Excellent restaurant. Try the sea bass baked in salt and you won't be disappointed. Very good service and wide variety of dishes to choose from. Lots of fish dishes but also plenty of meat dishes. It has a lovely outdoor eating area so you need a warm evening to take advantage of this. Bit chilly on an evening in February. Not the easiest of places to find but Playas de las Americas is confusing to find your way round.

Have dined at this lovely restaurant on several visits
to Tenerife,the food is first class,staff are very knowlageable helpfull & friendly, without being over bearing.

Top-class restaurant. Food is great and waiters are very efficient, your wine glass won't be allowed to get empty! Perfect for a romantic meal.

Nicola Picciau nace en Milán en 1978 y desde muy joven se apasiona por la cocina gracias a la tradición familiar heredada de sus ancestros. Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
