Descripción: Very modern and well frequented in the South of Tenerife. Proprietor Rosalind Dodd, who transferred her natural elegance and character to the place, has certainly built its merits. Contemporary features with splashes of romanticism (a sensitive and practical choice), it is found in the most prestigious shopping centre in the area in a curve on the top floor with sea views. The chef, David Hellerud, scarcely 28 years old and with enviable experience in his pocket, interprets with brilliant command English dishes such as beef wellington, which seems like he alone had invented. Suggestions also with creativity and logic are wonderful choices from the Mediterranean kitchen "as rich in first class ingredients as light and healthy", according to opinion. As a good Scandinavian, David leans towards desserts with passion for which "he seems to possess an inborn talent that mixes an overflowing desire to please others", according to Rosalind.

Su primera escuela gastronómica fue la granja de su abuela en Cerdeña, donde alimentaban al ganado y satisfacían los paladares de su numerosa familia con recetas típicas mediterráneas.
